sharing travel arrangements with someone, make sure your travel dates
are compatable, or make alternative return plans if you do not plan to
attend the same meeting days together.

If you are going to travel by vehicle and are open for others to join
you indicate how many you can put in your vehicle and share cost please
indicate where and when you will be leaving from so others can get in
touch with you to join you. Also indicate when you are planning to leave
DC for your return by vehicle. This way people know and can get their
schedules together and form car pools to share costs etc.
