sharing travel arrangements with someone, make sure your travel dates
are compatable, or make alternative return plans if you do not plan to
attend the same meeting days together.

If you are going to travel by vehicle and are open for others to join
you indicate how many you can put in your vehicle and share cost please
indicate where and when you will be leaving from so others can get in
touch with you to join you. Also indicate when you are planning to leave
DC for your return by vehicle. This way people know and can get their
schedules together and form car pools to share costs etc.

I am trying to get a fundraiser together to get myself, my husband and
my mother there. (We have to have my mother there because we have a
three year old son who has to be looked after, and I won't leave him
home) If we can't get enough money raised then we may not be able to
come. I can't book a hotel room yet either. I'm doing everything I can
to get us there. It would be great if you could give me some suggestions
on dealing with the VFW. I've emailed you and haven't heard back, I
posted on hadit.com. I don't know what else to do, though. I need some
help. I've put my contact numbers on here, please contact me as soon as
possible. I've never done a fundraiser, and I've never spoken before a
large audience, neither has my husband. I've written great papers, and
arguments, but never spoken before. Please help us. Thank you for doing
this, thank you for fighting for us.
